PULSARS PRARC09 Storm Coat is inherently flame retardant and anti static, it has flame retardant lining and pockets as well as flame retardant reflective piping. The PRARC09 features adjustable and elasticated cuffs for superior fitting on your garment.  

Garment does not come with a hood, this ir bought separately under PRARC11 - the hood is anti static and flame retardant also so that it meets all the same standards of the jacket.
