96) and UK Slip Resistance Guidelines. The recommended matched media is Metamark MD3-B or MDP-H High Tack. Suitable for use with
Solvent, Eco Solvent and Latex prints.

Application should be done in dry dust free conditions, by peeling away the backing and slowly rolling and smoothing the transfer to the surface to avoid air bubbles. Repositioning is allowed, and a slight spritz of soapy water before application will help removal and refit in the first 2 or 3 minutes. See more detailed instructions here.
Material Handling
 Ensure that the material has reached room temperature and a relative humidity of 50% before printing.
 Do not handle the face film directly and ensure it is free from dust and static.
Overlaminating
 The recommended matched print medias are Metamark MD3-B or MDP-H High Tack.
 Suitable for use on Solvent, Eco Solvent inkjet and Latex prints on Metamark print media. Not suitable for UV prints.
 Allow the inks to cure before overlaminating, usually 24-48 hours. Failure to do so can cause delamination, tunnelling and shrinkage.
 Apply around 30C on the top roller to prevent silvering of the adhesive.
 The user should determine suitability of the overlaminate to the print media
Application and Care of Floor Graphics
 Apply floor graphics using a dry application method, to smooth, flat, sealed surfaces only. Due to the variability of paints and finishes it is
recommended to test a sample for adhesion.
 Ensure the floor surface is clean from contamination, dust free, and any painted surface is sound.
 No liability is given for damage to painted surfaces as the bond between the paint and the wall is out of our control.
 Make sure edges are applied well. Allow 24 hours to cure before being exposure to moisture or cleaning.
 Avoid exposure to heavy traffic. If edges of graphics begin lifting, replace graphics immediately to avoid the risk of tripping hazard.
 The product meets slip resistance standards when wet however slip resistance is reduced when wet or dirty.

Grafiprint SOL is a soft wear-resistant cadmium free monomeric calendered PVC film with a special antiskid coating, provided with a pressure-sensitive permanent acrylic glue. The glue is protected by a high-quality silicone paper. This seamless R12 rated anti slip indoor and outdoor use laminate has especially been created for protecting digital prints that need to be applied on the floor.
Suitable for wet and dry use , short term use of up to 2 months outside dependent on application and amount of traffic.

Film : 125 micron thick wear-resistant monomeric calendered vinyl film, provided with a special antiskid coating. The film shows an excellent resistance against chemical products, humidity, and dirt Glue : solvent-based pressure-sensitive permanent acrylic glue. This glue does not have an aggressive reaction on the printout Backing paper : siliconised clay-coated paper of 120 gr/m²
Application The Grafiprint floor graphics laminate, reference SOL, was especially designed for prints that need to be applied on the floor. Tests in accordance with British Standard 7976 indicate a low slip risk in dry conditions. The floor graphic laminate is meant for indoor use. In case the laminate is used outdoors, the antiskid characteristics can not be guaranteed due to wet conditions (e.g. when it rains). Please also be careful with indoor floor graphics that are wet. The Grafiprint floor graphics laminate, reference SOL, can also be used for traditional vertical applications outdoors (not on the floor). In that case, the expected life span amounts to 1 to 2 years. When used indoors, the expected life span amounts to several years.

The area can be sprayed lightly with water before application to aid removal and refit if not straight.
