Personalised Blackrock Safety Helmet
This 6 point Blackrock safety helmet is made from HDPE materials and is treated to accept inks or uv printing for the logo that can be screen UV or pad printed to the front, side or even rear of the helmet. Just upload your logo and choose how many colours from the drop-down, you would like us to print, depending on how many colours are in the logo the cost rises the more colours printed.
If you need less than 20 helmets we offer a small quantities service where you can design and print the same helmet but in as little as a quantity of 1. The price per helmet is more but a minimum order of 20 is not required. Please click here if you require as little as 1 helmet printing.
UV printing is available on helmets for those who dont require 80 or more, this is new technology will be used on quantities even as low as 20 customised hard hats.This produces hard wearing, clear crisp prints in any colour and with a durable overgloss protective layer that keeps the logo vibrant for longer than normal direct ink.

Add a personal touch to your hard hats with our custom logo printed safety helmet. We offer a fantastic UV print service to our safety helmets, whereby your companies logo can be printed onto the front, side or rear of this 6 point safety helmet from Blackrock.
Although they are personalised, our custom hard hats do not compromise safety €“ your logo is printed directly onto the safety helmet using UV printing or ink methods, and you can select a maximum of 6 different colours (cost increases with each). Each helmet features a 6 point plastic suspension harness with multi-position adjustment and integral sweatband gives comfort and enhanced protection. It also features chin strap and ear muff attachment points. It also comes fitted with a sweatband and side vents, it benefits from a decent sized print area on the front and a vented top to keep your head cool in working conditions. It is also fully compliant with EN397:2012 + A1:2012 standards.
This custom printed safety helmet with can be directly printed to the front or sides and the rear of the helmet with UV Embossed inked logo.
