MetaGuard ‘FloorArt’ vinyl
 100 micron matt embossed film gives a durable protection to graphics, with easy to clean finish. This versatile product can also be applied to wall
graphics, for a one product solution. MetaGuard FloorArt has an anti-slip finish tested in accordance with BS 7676-2:2002 certification (Slider
96) and UK Slip Resistance Guidelines. The recommended matched media is Metamark MD3-B or MDP-H High Tack. Suitable for use with
Solvent, Eco Solvent and Latex prints.

Application should be done in dry dust free conditions, by peeling away the backing and slowly rolling and smoothing the transfer to the surface to avoid air bubbles. Repositioning is allowed, and a slight spritz of soapy water before application will help removal and refit in the first 2 or 3 minutes. See more detailed instructions here.
Material Handling
 Ensure that the material has reached room temperature and a relative humidity of 50% before printing.
 Do not handle the face film directly and ensure it is free from dust and static.
Overlaminating
 The recommended matched print medias are Metamark MD3-B or MDP-H High Tack.
 Suitable for use on Solvent, Eco Solvent inkjet and Latex prints on Metamark print media. Not suitable for UV prints.
 Allow the inks to cure before overlaminating, usually 24-48 hours. Failure to do so can cause delamination, tunnelling and shrinkage.
 Apply around 30C on the top roller to prevent silvering of the adhesive.
 The user should determine suitability of the overlaminate to the print media
Application and Care of Floor Graphics
 Apply floor graphics using a dry application method, to smooth, flat, sealed surfaces only. Due to the variability of paints and finishes it is
recommended to test a sample for adhesion.
 Ensure the floor surface is clean from contamination, dust free, and any painted surface is sound.
 No liability is given for damage to painted surfaces as the bond between the paint and the wall is out of our control.
 Make sure edges are applied well. Allow 24 hours to cure before being exposure to moisture or cleaning.
 Avoid exposure to heavy traffic. If edges of graphics begin lifting, replace graphics immediately to avoid the risk of tripping hazard.
 The product meets slip resistance standards when wet however slip resistance is reduced when wet or dirty.

excessive fading or colour degradation for the specified life time of the ink used, when correctly stored, printed and applied in accordance with procedures
outlined in the technical literature. If within the specified years of normal use Metamark DigitalVinyl becomes ineffective for its intended use, then Metamark will
provide sufficient material to produce a new replacement marking, and will at its own discretion, contribute an allowance in additional material towards the costs
involved in replacing the graphics. In all cases, the converter is held fully responsible for storing, processing and applying the unconverted materials in
accordance with Metamark’s technical specifications. Metamark (UK) Limited will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, and will not
