B2B restock information

Hello, you have probably landed on this page as you have requested some itmes to be changed on your order reading below will give you the info you need to understand any extra charges/restock fees or time delays that may affect your lead time. Trying to stick to these guidlines will ensure the changes go through as quick and easy as possible.

e.g. You want to change the colour or size of your items already ordered and po provided or paid for. ?

EXTRA Charges should your items be non stock items and we have ordered the goods already there is usually a fee to send these items back to the distributor, this restock fee can be 1520% which we pass on to you.

The return must be completed within 28 days for us to be able to return them. Not all of our items are non stock and in this case we do not charge restock fee if they are items we carry on our shelves, but the vast majority of leisurewear from the likes of Ralawise or BTC will be non stock and need to be returned.

Our admin will advise if the items are non stock at point of amending..

Restock fees cannot be avoided unfortunately.
Basically this is no different than if you had ordered the items direct to yourself from the distributor, and then changed your mind on the colour or sizes. The distributor would charge you the same % restock fee, but in our case we take care of the logistics of the return and re order on your behalf as quick as possible and just charge you the supplier restock fee, we will try and meet the original date as close as we can.

The issue here is that as the amended order starts the whole process again this can usually attract some delay, in some cases a whole new order delay (7 work days)  in the supply chain. We do however have a 24 hour production dept for print and embroidery so will do our best to slot n the schedule where possible after the supplier has delivered though cannot gurantee this. 

 

 

 

e.g. You have ordered items and we have ordered in items different or the wrong colour/sizes to what you asked

Extra charges in this case there are obvioulsy no charges as this is our error, and we apologise. In this case we would re order as soon as possible and this does not ordinarily affect the speed for your delivery as long as the error is picked up soon enough
