Ok so you have received your printed or embroidered items and you have a problem, due to a print error or stock issue etc. Then of course we will refund or replace the item should we have made an error.    

Even if there is nothing wrong with your items and you want to return them just notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly accept them back for exchange, voucher or refund of the original products purchase price, as long as it is not a customised or printed product of course. Get in touch with our returns dept if this applies to you

1; If you are having a large order then why not take advantage of our same day sample service and order 1 of each size or colour to try on for fit, or even cheaper, lets say you want the full size range, then instead of ordering, small, med, lge, xlge, xxlge, you could just order small, lge, xxlge so you know is small is to tight and large is to big then medium is your size. Call us if you have any size or colour queries we are here to help.
If your order is urgent please call us to check shelf stock availability to make sure we have your sizes available.

2; Check your order confirmation email thoroughly, believe it or not we are humans and we do make mistakes (very few granted) but it does happen so when we send you your order please check it and get back to us if anything wrong, we do not accept any liability for artwork errors once signed off by the customers, but may come to some arrangement where we can to offset the cost of replacements, we are quite fair you know :)

3; Urgent orders, we will do everything we can to make sure the order arrives when you want it, and even with our great track record for deliveries and fast service (over 95% of our printed orders get delivered within 5 days and ALL plain stock items go same day if ordered before noon) if your order doesnt arrive for that special occasion, we cant do anything but feel sympathy, but of course if you had chosen our express turn round options then we will refund and grovel for as long as it takes.

Goods are delivered by courier and Royal Mail and will require a signature on receipt.
If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not
being in to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made.
Furthermore, a second delivery charge may be incurred if the recipient
requires a delivery to be redirected.

Our standard delivery charge is £5.89 for items over 2000 grams
or varying lower prices according to weight under 2000grams from as litte as only £1.50.
There are occasions where the demand on certain products delays
delivery times, if this is to occur a member of staff would make contact
to update you on your order with delivery times and also a choice of an
alternative. Standard delivery is 7-10 days.
Product Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with any product
supplied by Elite Industrial, you should contact us immediately. You can
return any item of clothing for exchange or refund provided it has not got
any embroidery or printing applied to it, the garments should be unused
and returned in its original packaging and you have the relevant returns

All returns must be
notified within 7 days of receipt and be in saleable condition.

Elite Industrial cannot accept the return of any product or garment that 
has been embroidered or printed with a logo or personalised in any other 
way. 
Refunds on an order will be issued as soon as possible. You should allow 
up-to 30 days before the refund appears on your card statement. Please 
allow extra time for certain busy periods during the year.
