Telephone orders

Here at hivis.co.uk we welcome telephone orders for custom printed or embroidered clothing with your personalised logos.

A quick call to dicuss your personalised clothing requirements on 01744 814004 with one of our friendly staff will ensure you can order with the minimum of fuss. We will send you a quick quotation via email of your requirements, and once you accept an pay the quotation, we then proceed to artwork stage where our staff will re create your custom logo to send for you to check over and reply back with any changes. 

Once you approve your custom design, we will print and send to you. Our usual turn round time is 7 working days from approval, but we alos offer EXPRESS service in as little as same day despatch. Just call to discuss your needs.

Please bear in mind the points below to ensure a efficient service from us.

* Send us the delivery address of where the items are to be sent when you request a quote, this is so we can price the delivery accurately.

* Please use a good quality logo for custom printing and our preference is, eps, cdr, jpg, png, bmp...if you dont have those then we can open most types of documents so just let us know what you have and we will do the rest.

* Ensure you pay the quotation we send you promptly, our turn round times only start after payment is made and then once paid we can send you the artwork to check.

* Please send us all sizes and colours at time of requesting the quote, this saves us sending you further emails asking for this which again, can slow down the process.
