Trade order on hold

Oh Dear !!, you have landed on this page because an order you placed has issues such, items out of stock or delayed due dates. These could be either 

Not had stock checked prior to ordering and is unavailable in that size, colour or quantity.

Did have stock checked prior to ordering and the items have had a discrepancy in supplier or our stocks online or may have been sold in between you checking stock.
(in this instance we would advise checking stock as near as possible to placing the order, but even that isn't 100% foolproof), 

Item doesn' t come in that size or colour.

It happens of course, we all know that, so what would you like us to do, please refer to the email you received and either reply to that tell us in the form below
